  1. As terrible as various shootings are, the police use of excessive force I hate the most is when the subject is passive. In higher escalated situations I can see how difficult keeping cool is, knowing exactly what is going on could be, etc. (like the Wendy's fiasco).
  2. Jun 10,  · Fans of Fleet Foxes' first record will find much to love on "Crack-Up," the act's first album in six years. Heavenly harmonies are still out in full force, of course, as are undulating indie-folk.
  3. Half a decade ago, two entire lifetimes in entertainment, Noisey wrote an article entitled “Drowning, Not Waving: The Slow, Bitter End of Lady Gaga’s Career.” A take hot enough to burn a CD, the article examined Gaga’s latest album cycle, the then-maligned ARTPOP, and its subsequent promo endeavors – a neon vomit situation and collaborations with known predators.
  4. [Verse 2 - Ubiquitous:] Back from skid row, out of agony central You're grabbing at my microphone I'm snappin your wrist bone Anatomy split throw em like Vladamir Klitchko You're pissed that I'm rappin fast, well I'm happy to spit slow Cuz everything goes fast, I watch as it go past I'm tossin these bread crumbs, You're lost with a road map.

  6. IMMEDIATE POST-SHOW THOUGHTS — A pretty solid episode, and contained a pretty impressive number of strong highlights. Matt Dillon had some okay moments, but was ultimately a forgettable host, and had a number of awkward, clumsy, and flubby moments without the charm that Peter Sarsgaard, another then-recent host who had awkward, clumsy, and flubby moments, had to make up for it.
  7. FLEET FOXES, Crack-Up (CD/LP) Fleet Foxes frontman Robin Pecknold has recently been hard at work explaining his own song Third of May/Ōdaigahara. A track from the band’s latest album, it now features 27 annotations in Pecknold’s hand, covering everything from its allusions to the paintings of Goya to its use of homophones.
  8. Ted Roach isn't too convinced when a serial fraudster fails to turn up for a court hearing yet again - due to his apparent need to be at home and connected to a kidney dialysis machine - and vows to plot a way into causing him to break his bail conditions. Meanwhile, Tosh is on the trail of some bent photocopiers from a stolen shipment.
